| Your product is a custom made item and can not be sold to anyone else, however, if you are NOT completely satisfied, I will 1st. Reprint, 2nd. Retake or 3rd. Refund up to 100% within the 3 day grace period ONLY and in that order (no exceptions), the original photos must be returned to Wright Image Photography in all above cases. After the 3 day grace period, you will be charged 25% for reprints and retakes. No refunds will be issued after 3 days. If you received your photos after the grace period has ended, you need to discuss this matter with your coach, I am not responsible for that delay. 2. Photo Quality Parents are asked to attend the photo session and place their child accordingly if so desired prior to the photo being taken. I use a digital camera and take 3-4 shots to get one good one and will select the best of the photos taken. Please feel free to ask to see your child's image before you leave the session, I will be happy to show you. If you chose a finish or graphic and simply are not happy with your choice made, and you want reprints you will be charged 25% of your package cost to reprint your package. No refunds will be issued for this concern. Returned Check Fees Checks are always sent through twice, however, my bank charges me therefore you are charged the 1st time your check is returned. A fee of $25. If you have gotten your prints by then, your photos will be held until this matter is taken care of. |
| All photos are copyright protected by law and any reproduction of these photos are punishable by law at my discretion, this includes scanning & copying prints, t-shirts and any product made by you or another company without MY written consent or a copyright release to do so. |
