| Policies Please do Not contact Wright Image until you have fully read these policies. I strive to make all my customers happy but there are some that I can not, therefore I have had to develop policies that I feel are fair and just. Please see below: I allow 7 days from the date I hand over pictures to contact Wright Image regarding any concerns there might be, you will find your expiration date enclosed with your package on a 5x7 white sheet of paper. If the expiration date has expired, you are still entitled to retakes or reprints at your expense with a discounted price. If you receive your prints after the expiration, please take this concern up with the coach or team mom, I am not responsible for that delay. I’m human and I will make mistakes, I will gladly right any wrong that’s mine. But there are times that it is not my fault and will not fix it for you for free. Some examples at my fault are: 1. I misspelled your name - does NOT match order form, I will type what you put on the order form, even if your child tells me something different (i.e. nick name) 2. If you clearly marked an item and were given something different - however if you were given something and you did NOT mark your selection, I can not fix this without a fee. 3. The quality of the photo itself has something wrong with it - this excludes how your child is posing, smiling, clothing appearance, or hand/feet placement, I will NOT be held responsible for these issues. Parents are welcome to attend their child’s photo session and fix something they do not see fit before the shot is taken, I take 3-4 shots of your child just to get 1 good one and I will choose the best one for print, my standards are different than that of a parent, although I am a parent myself, I look at quality before anything else. If you still have a concern or complaint, I will be happy to listen, however I need it in writing, please email your concern/complaint to kara@wrightimage.net and I will respond with a solution within 24hrs, unless it’s on a Sunday. Individuals, Seniors & Family Photos Policies regarding these photos are a little different than team policies due to the fact that they were proofed and chosen by you. You have 7 days from the time you receive your photos to contact Wright Image Photography regarding concerns. All photos unless other wise stated, come on a semi gloss finish. Since everyone has different tastes, you will have a choice, such as but not limited to, photos with shadows. Some of these photos can not be fixed digitally so if you see a shadow on your proof, it will be on your photo, if you do not like shadow effects, do not select that photo. If there is ever a question about how the final product will be, please call before placing your order. At any time you are unsatisfied with your prints and you do not want retakes or reprints, ALL photos must be returned to Wright Image Photography and you will be charged a materials waste fee of 20% since these photos were proofed and selected by you and can not be sold to anyone else. Returned Checks There is $25.00 returned check fee that should be taken care of within a timely manner. I will contact you via phone, email and postal mail and if this problem is not taken care in a timely manner, I will take your check to the City of Mesquite. |
